Arbour Day is celebrated on April 25th of each year. Considered a holiday around the world, Arbour Day is the day when everyone is encouraged to plant trees.
Today, many countries celebrate the Tree, the one that gives us peace, shelter, and life.
The image below shows naturalist Miguel Herrero Uceda, at the monument marking the world’s first Arbor Day, Villanueva de la Sierra (Spain), 1805.

It is a holiday that celebrates trees, it is about the urge to plant and care for trees and above all it is about educating about the importance of trees.
Today we celebrate THE TREE, its beauty, its vital importance for a healthy climate of the Planet.
Let us protect it and love it.
Because, sooner or later, we will all seek its invaluable shade.
